Refund policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us! 

*You may return unopened/unused products for store credit within 14 days of receiving your product.

*Please inspect your products upon receipt. We ask that you notify us within 14 days of receipt if you receive a defective product.

*Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer unless your product is defective. 

*Returns need to be packaged properly and shipped using a tracking number or using delivery confirmation. If your non-defective return arrives damaged or never arrives, we will notify you and request that you contact your carrier of choice for your refund.
